Yibang
Yi Bang, a hilltop Han/Yi village on the Tea-Horse route (Cha Ma Gu Dao), in the hills above Xiangming, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China
40 kilometres along the Tea Horse Road from Yiwu, lies the tea-mountain hilltop village of Yibang, with nearly a 100 kilometres to go to Simao. Inhabited by Han and Yi people, who settled here from further north in Yunnan, to grow tea, Yibang's dwellings all line this single street, on top of the ridge.
