Apsaras and old woman
An old woman prepares incense in a window next to bas-relief carvings of apsaras, celestial dancers who entertain the gods, on a gallery wall at Angkor Wat, Cambodia. The world's largest religious monument and an architectural masterpiece, this temple is the apogee of classical Khmer style, built between 1113 and 1150 by King Suryavarman II.
