Beja dance
A leaping Beja sword dance at Erkowit in the Red Sea Hills. In the late nineteenth century, the Beja fought valiantly against the British and were immortalized in Rudyard Kipling’s poem “ Fuzzy-Wuzzy” as “first class fightin’” men.
