Life & Shelter
Bedroom at an extremely thin studio/office/house in central Tokyo designed by the owners, architect couple Tsutomo Matsuno and Kumi Aizawa. Known as an 'eel-bed' building (unagi-no-nedoko), like many others in the city it occupies the narrow space between exisiting buildings. High land prices have forced this kind of development. This building is L-shaped, with more space at the back.
