Dorootzu House
Dorootzu house design by architect Kosuke Izumi. The name of the house, Doro-outzu, refers to a traditional mus-plastering technique that involves the addition of lime. The garden is based around a single element: a cherry tree. A full view of the cerry blossom is available only from the living room.
