De Bretteville House
The Willow Glen Houses, 1973-1975, Los Angeles, by Peter de Bretteville. This double residence uses a strict modular light-weight construction of square-sectioned steel columns, beams and trusses. Here in the living room, circular-sectioned steel ducting fulfils the role of a chimney breast, over a severely setepped fireplace.
