Birds' Nest collectors
Thai collectors of birds' nests search for likely caves on the island of Ko Phi Phi. The nests of the brown-rumped swiftlet fetch a high price in Chinese communities for use in birds' nest soup. The birds nest in caves in limestone formations such as here in southern Thailand, near Phuket.
