Mekong bridge
The old bridge across the Mekong, near Fengqing, southern Yunnan.
Already scheduled for replacement by the new Mangjiedu Bridge a kilometre upstream (at 220 metres, one of China's highest), this bridge across the Mekong 250 kilometres northwest of Simao was the last to carry a branch of the Tea Horse Road that went through Fengqing and Lushi.
