Oyster cages.
A diver inspects cages of giant Pinctada maxima oysters suspended beneath rafts at a pearl farm at Koh Sa Mae, Thailand, near the town of Pattaya. These oysters produce large so-called South Sea pearls, which accrete around a 'seed', a sphere of freshwater mussel shell, which is planted inside. These are among the most valuable of all cultured pearls..
