Mukha Linga
Mukhalinga ('linga with face') at the ancient ruined Khmer temple of Huei Thamo in Laos. The linga is the symbol of the Hindu god Shiva, with phallic connotations, and this kind, with one or more faces carved on it, is relatively unusual. Huei Thamo was built between the late-9th and early-10th centuries on the bank of the Mekong River, near Champasak.
