The plot is 131 feet long but tapers from 13 feet to 8 feet, originally a section of driveway to an old estate. The house features natural materials, including unpainted wood and a grass-roofed bathroom. A narrow interior garden carries a stepping-stone walkway to the open yet private bathroom.
