Old white tea factory
Old white tea factory (more than a century old) in Bai Liu Cun (Pine Willow Village), nearly an hour's drive from Fusing, Fujian, China. Still uses traditional process of gently banking leaves on baskets over woks filled with ash heated to 40 degrees C.
