A mandala (sacred diagram) in rice grains and almonds, at the temple complex on the summit of the holy mountain of Shatrunjaya, in Gujarat, India. This mountain, 'The Place of Victory', close to Palitana, is sacred to the Jain religion, which was founded before 1000 BC and stresses non-violence and vegetarianism.
