Mandari wrestling match in southern Sudan. Young Mandari men at a cattle camp in Bahr el-Jebel State cheer on a wrestler from their team, accompanying the bout with music from horns and drums. Wrestling bouts are regular fixtures between cattle camps, and test the strength and combat skills of young men. They rarely last longer than a minute and are won when one of the combatants throws or wrestles his opponent to the ground.
