Modern tea-ceremony room

A modern chashitsu (Japanese tea-ceremony room) in Ginza, Tokyo. This new interpretation of a traditional interior space was designed by Shigeru Uchida, and is open to the sky, located on the top floor of tea-rooms in the city’s most famous shopping district.
