Shanghai apartment conversion
Conversion of a 1920s condominium apartment in Shanghai, by sciskewcollaborative (Simgapore architects Koon Wee and I-shin Chow). Completed 2007. Its main feature is a multi-planed structure embedded in and running through the apartment that serves as furniture, cupboards and carries utilities, all finished in walnut veneer.
